We seek a passionate engineer with in-depth knowledge on camera ISP algorithm to join the Camera Systems team.

The Camera Systems team creates embedded imaging solutions for Snapdragon chipsets that power advanced mobile devices, next-generation mobile photography and video experiences. Our solutions leverage dedicated hardware, ISP, multi-core processors, DSP, and GPU cores to provide state-of-the-art photographs, video recordings, as well as scene data for image understanding and object detection. Responsibilities include the following:

-Research and development of advanced ISP algorithm to achieve best camera image quality.

-Design of camera systems that balance power, memory, silicon area to maximize imaging performance.

-Prototype and validating solutions on embedded platforms for proof of concept and demonstration purposes.

-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy robust and efficient imaging solutions into commercial products.

-Deployment and tuning support of solutions that improve the mobile imaging experience.

-50%–70% workload for customer support; 20% onsite availability for business travel across APAC and China.

【Qualification】(For experienced candidate)
5+ years working experiences in the following areas:

-Must be experienced with classical image processing algorithms development.

-Camera and image processing technologies.

-Image signal processor pipeline design.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-C, C++, Python, Matlab.

【Preferred Qualifications】

-Experience with Camera ISP HW algo development.

-Experience with using a mix of traditional image processing techniques and machine learning

-Experience with different types of sensors and algorithms for sensor and optics processingz

【Minimum Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
