1、Motherboard & Interface Board Design:
Design and develop custom motherboards, interface boards, and circuit layouts to meet product specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure these designs integrate seamlessly into larger systems.
2、Electrical Circuit Design & Engineering:
Design and develop electrical circuits, power systems, cables and other critical electrical components for new products. Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
3、EMC Testing & Compliance:
Familiarity with EMC testing and analysis on electrical components and final products to ensure they meet relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, CE, TUV). Troubleshoot issues related to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
4、Prototype Development & Testing:
Assist with the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical prototypes, including motherboards and interface boards.
5、System Integration:
Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate electrical designs into complete systems, particularly within POS terminals and other consumer electronics.
6、Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and software developers to ensure that electrical systems are fully integrated into the overall product design.
7、 Suggest and implement design improvements to increase system performance, reduce costs, and improve product reliability. Ensure that all designs are optimized for manufacturing and future scalability.
8、 Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including electrical schematics, design specifications, test plans, and compliance reports. Clearly communicate findings and design changes to internal teams and stakeholders.
9、 Quality Control & Testing:
Lead efforts to validate electrical systems through validation testing, ensuring that all designs meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
