• Lead electrical system design: single-line diagrams, load studies, short-circuit/protection coordination, arc-flash, and grounding studies.
• Review and approve deliverables; act as Engineer of Record where applicable.
• Interface with Taipower, clients, and authorities on grid connection and code compliance.
• Guide and develop senior/junior engineers; conduct design reviews and technical audits.
• Support proposals with technical concepts, man-hour estimates, and risk assessment.
