The Neoload Performance Tester will design and execute performance test strategies, develop scripts using Neoload, and analyze system bottlenecks to report findings to project teams. This role is based in Bangalore and requires in-office attendance.

Neoload Performance Tester
Job Location: Bangalore
Work at office
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing
- Excellent hands-on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool (1.5 years plus)
- Hands-on knowledge on other tools - Good to have
- Define test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
- Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's
- Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
- Be able to develop workload model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
- Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
- Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
- Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
- Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams
