Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is the largest hospital in Central Harlem and the only Safety Net Hospital in Northern Manhattan. Opportunity Details:

• Clinical responsibility - attending to high-risk deliveries and manage pre-term and full-term newborns.
• Precepting and supervising interns and residents.
• Faculty participates in hospital and department subcommittees which include both clinical and quality improvement and also participate in the resident education subcommittee.
• Responsible to supervise residents’ clinical performance and lead a bedside discussion and provide formal lectures.
• Diagnosis and management of patients in the Level III Neonatal ICU.
• Call Schedule: Calls are scheduled 80 hours per 2-week cycle (average 40 hours per week), which include day, night, and weekend call.
