We are seeking a dedicated neonatologist to join our specialized neonatal care team. As a neonatologist, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or critically ill. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care in our state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), supporting both our patients and their families throughout the clinical journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and managing medical conditions in newborn infants.
  • Performing advanced neonatal procedures and life-support interventions.
  • Creating and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each neonate’s needs.
  • Providing compassionate communication and education to families regarding their infant’s condition and care.
  • Engaging in clinical research and participating in quality improvement initiatives to advance neonatal care.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care delivery.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of pediatrics residency and neonatology fellowship training.
  • Board certification in neonatology.
  • Active medical license to practice in the required state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU or equivalent neonatal care setting preferred.
  • Highly skilled in neonatal clinical procedures and critical care management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with families and the medical team.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
