Neonatologist

Description

We are seeking a dedicated neonatologist to provide expert medical care to newborn infants, especially those requiring intensive care due to prematurity or complex medical conditions. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and managing treatment plans for critically ill neonates.
• Performing necessary medical procedures and interventions with precision and care.
• Collaborating effectively with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicating clearly and empathetically with families, providing education and support throughout the treatment process.
• Participating in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance neonatal care.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of pediatrics residency and neonatology fellowship training.
• Board certification in neonatology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the respective state.
• Minimum 3 years of NICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform neonatal procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.
