Role & responsibilities
Design and develop cloud-native microservices using .NET Core and C# in an Agile environment.
Implement REST APIs, SOLID principles, and .NET Core best practices for scalable applications.
Architect and design solutions based on the Azure Well-Architected Framework, selecting appropriate Azure services.
Build and integrate microservices using Azure services: App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, Table Storage, SQL Database, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
Design and manage data solutions using Azure SQL Database and/or Cosmos DB, ensuring performance and scalability.
Architect event-driven and serverless workloads in Azure.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and coverage.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Application Insights and logging best practices.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory Skills: Azure Services: App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, Table Storage, SQL Database, Key Vault, Application Insights
Databases: Azure SQL Database and/or Cosmos DB Backend: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST APIs
DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell
Testing: Unit & Integration Testing
Architecture: Azure Well-Architected Framework, cloud-native design
