.Net Developer Developer (Senior/Lead)
Summary
Globant is hiring a senior/lead .NET developer in Sydney to design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET Core applications and own the full development lifecycle for client projects. The role centers on AWS cloud infrastructure using CDK for .NET, Terraform/CloudFormation templating, and services like Lambda, MSK Connect, Flink, Neptune, and Athena.

Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services using the latest versions of C# and .NET Core
Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) for .NET
Create reusable Terraform templates to wrap and deploy C# services
Build solutions leveraging AWS services, including AWS Lambda, MSK Connect, Apache Flink, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon Athena
Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from initial design and development through to testing and deployment
Quickly dive into and understand the existing application and codebase, making impactful contributions from day one
Proactively identify and implement improvements to the platform's architecture, development processes, and overall performance with a customer centric mindset
About you
15+ years of experience
Expertise in C#, .NET Core & CDK.Net
Strong experience using .NET for developing web applications
Demonstrable experience of infrastructure templating with CloudFormation and/or Terraform
Experience with implementing OOP principles and design patterns with C#
Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, TeamCity)
Strong working knowledge of at least one database technology; Aurora RDS, Postgres, SQL Server, Documentdb
Practical experience building solutions with services like AWS Lambda, MSK Connect, Apache Flink, Amazon Neptune and Amazon Athena
Self-starter and independent contributor who can take high-level requirements, architect a solution and execute on it with minimal supervision
