About the Role:
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust applications and cloud-based solutions. You will work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET and .NET Core.
- Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing and troubleshooting.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security and scalability requirements.
- Strong commercial experience in .NET development, including C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating applications.
- Strong SQL Server and database development skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, security and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies, to support software development, code optimisation and productivity.
- Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI or integrating AI capabilities into applications would be highly regarded.
