Summary
KCS iT, a Portuguese IT consulting/outsourcing firm, is hiring a .NET Developer/Consultant with 3+ years of experience for a hybrid role in Porto. Day to day, you build backend applications and REST APIs using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, SQL, and Entity Framework for clients across sectors; cloud, Docker, and messaging tech are pluses.

We are looking for an Amazing: .NET DEVELOPER / CONSULTANT

Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)
The amazing you, will have:
- 3+ years of professional experience working with .NET / C# in development or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Experience developing backend applications and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework or similar ORM technologies.
- Experience with Git, testing and software development best practices.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):
- Experience with microservices.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar technologies.
- Experience working within Agile teams.
