Job Responsibilities

• Develop features using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex while ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Create and maintain prompts, repository context/rules files, and task breakdowns that support AI-driven development.

• Review, validate, optimize, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Manage source control, branching strategies, and project documentation.

• Conduct unit testing, including AI-assisted test generation, and support SIT and UAT activities.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while supporting deployment and rollback processes.

• Participate in system design discussions and ensure compliance with enterprise AI security and governance standards.

• Provide on-call support for production and operational issues when required.

• Update and manage assigned tasks in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on use of AI coding assistants in real-world projects.

• Practical experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.

• Proven ability to review, validate, and enhance AI-generated code while maintaining accountability for code quality.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core MVC, web development technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, and Azure DevOps (or similar tools).

• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, automated testing, and AI-assisted code review practices.

• Knowledge of secure and responsible AI usage, including data privacy, source code confidentiality, and enterprise AI governance.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
