Scale Tech, a software development agency based in Vilnius, is hiring for their client — a fast-growing company, serving clients in the identity verification and compliance space.

Working method: Fully remote.
Contract term: 4–6 months (b2b)
Hiring process: One interview with the Development Team Lead.
Hourly rate: 30–37 EUR/hour, depending on relevant experience.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and improve backend logic for the verification product together with the team
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, building a reliable and scalable system
  • Write clean, testable, reusable code
  • Work against a clear roadmap and acceptance criteria, owning your area independently

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Good English and Lithuanian skills
  • Open-minded, collaborative approach

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes
  • Experience with microservices / event-driven architectur
