Key responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions
Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Framework, including ASP.NET, APIs, and Windows services
Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including T-SQL, stored procedures, views, indexes, and jobs
Perform system testing, debugging, deployment, and production support
Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with business and IT teams
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards are followed
About you
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in application development
Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server
Solid T-SQL, query optimization, and database troubleshooting experience
Familiar with Git/TFS, unit testing, and deployment processes
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
