.NET Developer
Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱80,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, application development, and team leadership. This role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications while leading development initiatives and ensuring adherence to software development standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to provide technical designs, effort estimates, and development recommendations.
Design, develop, and maintain applications based on approved business requirements.
Prepare technical design documents and program specifications.
Develop, test, and deploy software solutions using .NET technologies.
Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and compliance with design specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
Lead development activities across multiple projects and mentor development team members.
Manage and resolve urgent production issues to ensure business continuity.
Perform research and recommend technologies that improve system efficiency, security, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with the organization's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and procedures.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a .NET Developer.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team and handling multiple projects.
Strong experience in Windows Service Development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in C#.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MSSQL / SQL Server.
Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Core.
Minimum 5 years of experience in modern .NET Development frameworks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in VB.NET.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET.
