We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a long-established insurance software environment focused on the development and integration of two core systems used in the German insurance broker market.
The role is part of the 8 FTE development team from Germany, 7 QA’s and 1 TL.
This is a backend-focused role in a mature enterprise environment with a strong emphasis on stability, integration, and continuous improvement of existing systems rather than greenfield development.
Working Mode: Fully remote within Poland or hybrid (Wrocław preferred)
Salary: 15.000-18.000zł gross UoP or B2B equivalent
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services in a .NET Framework 4.8 environment
Build and extend APIs supporting integration between two systems
Implement new features within an established insurance domain platform
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and bugs
Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers in a German-speaking environment
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities where needed
Contribute to maintaining system stability and improving existing codebase

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in .NET / C# development
Strong experience with .NET Framework (4.8)
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding of API development and system integration
Ability to work in a structured enterprise environment with QA-heavy processes
German language (B2+) – required for daily communication
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Experience in insurance or financial systems
Experience with integration-heavy architectures
Experience working in German-speaking environments
