.Net Full stack Developer with Azure

Job Description:

Responsible for overall design, development and team coordination on business systems/applications under deadline pressure. Communicates standards and defends technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review the assigned requirements in Azure DevOps as User Stories, Bugs, Tasks or Features and understand the acceptance criteria.
• Participate in a kick-off discussion with the Development Lead, who will clarify any questions related to the scope of the workitems, expectations, and any dependencies.
• Begin development work based on the requirement, leveraging skills in .NET, Azure services, React, and UI development, and submit Pull Requests meeting the functional, technical, and user experience specifications.
• Communicate with team members during regular sync calls to share progress, discuss blockers, and align on priorities.
• Independently troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Work in a typical agile development environment, contributing to backend and frontend code changes, reusable UI components, unit tests, code reviews, automated functional test authoring, testing, and deployment activities.
• End the day by updating task status in Azure DevOps regularly and communicate for the next steps.

Ideal Background:

Someone who has worked on Azure, software design and development, React-based frontend development, and building user-friendly enterprise web applications.

• Core Development: Strong experience (6+ years) in .NET 8/9, C#, API development, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern UI development.
• Agile Software Design and Development: (3+ years) Hands-on experience in Agile development processes and controls
• Azure & Security: (2+ years) Hands-on with Azure App Service, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Managed Identities, and security best practices.
• Frontend Engineering: (2+ years) Hands-on experience with React, reusable component development, responsive UI implementation, accessibility standards, and integrating UI with REST APIs.
• Telemetry & Monitoring: (1+ years) Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.
• General: (1+ year) Experience with AI-driven applications, agent-based design, and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills to work independently under strict timelines.
