Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior .Net / Azure Dev Ops / SQL Developers with strong expertise in .NET 8.0, SQL Server, and Azure internals to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, managing database solutions, integrate application code with parent architecture, and supporting enterprise applications.

The role requires hands-on development experience, strong database skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Development

• Lead the design and development of backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8 or later, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Develop responsive, reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, including authentication, authorization, validation, exception handling, and performance optimization.
• Implement clean architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and reusable components

Database Development

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server database objects including:
• Stored Procedures
• Functions
• Views
• Triggers
• Write complex SQL queries for reporting and data processing.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.

Azure Cloud Services and Integration

• Design, configure, and integrate Azure services with enterprise applications, including:
• Azure App Service and Azure Functions.
• Azure API Management (APIM).
• Azure SQL Database and Azure Storage / Blob Storage.
• Azure Service Bus for asynchronous messaging and event-driven integration.
• Azure Key Vault for secrets and configuration management.
• Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and authorization.
• Azure Monitor and Application Insights for logging, monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Managed Identities for secure service-to-service communication.
• Implement secure communication between frontend applications, backend APIs, databases, and Azure services.
• Design scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud application architectures.

DevOps and Deployment

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and Git.
• Manage application deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Configure environment-specific variables, secrets, approvals, and deployment gates.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams on resource provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting.
• Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and security scanning in deployment pipelines.
• Manage Jenkins build Pipelines, Deployment in Windows VM machines, Microsoft IIS website, batch server env support
• Manage Azure DevOps build Pipelines, Deployment, Azure Env Support (App Services, APIM)

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
• Support production deployment and post-release activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 610 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core
• C#
• REST API development
• SQL Server
• Azure Dev Ops
• Azure Key Vault, Azure API management, etc.
• Experience with:
• Entity Framework / ADO.NET
• API authentication and security
• Performance tuning and debugging
• Git or other version control systems
• IIS deployment and configuration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms is a must.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.
