Role & responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using C# and the .NET framework.
- Build backend services and web applications using ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Write and maintain unit tests and follow software development best practices.
- Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and production support.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core or modern .NET.
- Good understanding of ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and web application development.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases.
