Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for enterprise-level application systems development
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical tasks and functional specifications
Track project requirements from origin through to deliverables that satisfy customer needs
Provide technical guidance to developers and resolve issues between business requirements and technical implementation
Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, QA, and other IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver effective solutions
Participate in the design, development, and integration of AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, machine learning models, and intelligent automation features to enhance business applications
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable AI adoption strategies to improve system efficiency and user experience

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 4 years of hands-on development experience
Experience in web-based applications and RESTful Web APIs using Microsoft .NET Core/Framework and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB
Experience in designing and implementing back-end applications using Node.js
Experience in designing and implementing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) using React
Experience in AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, LLM integration, AI APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude), or related intelligent application development is an advantage
Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is preferred
Good technical documentation and communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies and systems
