.Net Technical System Analyst(外商銀行) -HC01S

✓ 使用 .Net 與資料庫技術進行需求分析、系統開發與缺陷修復
✓ 與利害關係人及 offshore 團隊協作，對齊需求與時程
✓ 參與 Release、Change、Defect 管理流程，確保版本品質與穩定上線
✓ 撰寫與維護技術文件（release note、install plan、變更文件）
✓ 支援跨部門溝通與專案進度追蹤，確保系統穩定運行

1.Associate should have .Net and Database programming understanding.
2.Co-ordinate and collaborate with Stakeholders for understanding of requirements and process.
3.Co-ordinate and communicate with Bank Offsite team for requirement development and defect fixing.
4.Associate should have bilingual capabilities. Associate should possess good English communication skills. Constant communication with foreign teams is required for this role.
5.Project management skills, Co-ordination and communication across teams is required in this role.
Understanding of Defect management process.
6.Nice to have good documentation capabilities. Associate should be able to prepare release documents, Install Plan, Change request Plan documents etc.
7.Understanding of release and change management process. Good to have understanding of CI/CD process.
8.Good to have BFSI domain experience. If we can get a candidate who has worked on any banking-based project than it will be good.
