(Netherlands Local Hire) Customer Service Engineer

ANKO has established a branch in Rotterdam, Netherlands this year!
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join our team. The main responsibility of this position is to provide essential engineering technical services, including the installation and adjustment of ANKO machines, as well as troubleshooting technical issues for customers.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Perform machine commissioning and service tasks such as repair, modification, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of various machines and systems both domestically and internationally.
2. Provide technical support and assistance to our European customers via phone or on-site visits, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
3. Conduct recipe testing for customers using ANKO machines.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to analyze and resolve errors or technical issues.
5. Provide on-site training for customer staff on machine operation during service visits.
6. Participate in machine software update projects.
