NetSuite Business Analyst at BairesDev
In this role, you'll gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and ensure alignment between business operations and NetSuite configurations. Working closely with stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities, focusing on process analysis and requirements documentation rather than system configuration. What You'll Do:
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for alignment with NetSuite configurations.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with the compliance team to ensure SOX requirements are reflected in process documentation.
- Support ERP implementation efforts by translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with involvement in ERP implementations using NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a public company environment with SOX compliance knowledge.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Background in business process analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
