NetSuite System and General Analyst / Business Analyst
Summary
Business/system analyst supporting a NetSuite ERP environment: gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring workflows, automating processes, integrating third-party apps, running testing/UAT, and training users. Core technologies: NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month
Leverage expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics to support system enhancements, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
Conduct business process analysis, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and appropriate NetSuite system configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to identify operational challenges, evaluate existing workflows, and recommend system improvements aligned with business objectives.
Support data migration activities, system integration with third-party applications, and the development of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in system testing, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, and system configuration records.
Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization and adoption.
Work closely with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the successful delivery of NetSuite-related projects.
