Provides day-to-day network administration and troubleshooting for customers, handling configurations, installations, and upgrades as part of managed services.
Network Administrator The Network Administrator reports to the Director, Managed Services and works directly with customers to provide day-to-day network administration and troubleshooting support. This position also occasionally participates in other areas and projects, such as circuit activations, managed services on-boarding, and performing configurations, installations, and upgrades on customer contracts.
