Network Administrator
Location: MidMichigan

Seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and improve network infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and support reliable, secure IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network systems.

• Improve network security, performance, monitoring, and documentation.

• Automate system configuration and maintenance using Puppet, Ansible, or similar tools.

• Support Linux systems and collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects.

• Perform occasional maintenance or repairs outside normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Three to five years of relevant IT experience.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and network security.

• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, configuration management, and Git.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills.

CompTIA Network+ or Juniper certifications preferred.
