Job Summary
Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Network Analyst I to our team in Cameron, WI. The Network Analyst I provides technical support to customers while helping ensure the reliable delivery of Internet, phone, and related services. The successful candidate understands the importance of customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the operation of our network and technology services.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Process and manage service trouble tickets through resolution
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and vendor support as needed
- Provision residential and commercial services and prepare equipment for deployment
- Complete audits, track outages, and assist with service updates and upgrades
- Provide support to field technicians, IT staff, and other departments as needed
- Assist with telephone porting requests and security system support activities
- Participate in on-call rotation and other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma required; additional technical education or experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Prior telecommunications, networking, or Calix system experience is a plus
