Network and Firewall Engineer

We seek to complement and reinforce the existing team in the Manage Services BU (Network with Cybersecurity knowledge)

Key responsibilities:

Troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Perform regular network maintenance, including upgrades and patch management.
Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security protocols.
Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Responsible for providing consulting and advisory services related to network security.

Experience and therefore know the ins and outs of networks in general or within a specific specialization, feeling at home in medium to large IT environments and knowing all about IT concepts, technology and products
Technical knowledge in the following networking domains and/or technologies:
- Network architectures and concepts, SDN, IAAS
- WAN, LAN, WLAN, MPLS, SDWAN
- Routing and switching, TCPIP, OSPF, BPG, etc.
- Cisco Nexus and Catalyst , HPE, Aruba, Cisco Router
Technical knowledge in the following security domains and/or technologies:
- IP networking & routing
- Firewalling (Palo Alto, Fortinet, CheckPoint)
- VPN (IPSEC and/or SSL)
- IDS/IPS
- Authentication & Authorization – WAN optimization
- Cloud
Firewall Technical knowledge
- Palo Alto
- Checkpoint
- Fortinet
CyberSecurtiy Knowledge
Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
