Network & Security Lead Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in routing, switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VRF, HSRP, NAT, ACLs and LAN/WAN.
• Expertise in firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), SD-WAN, Zscaler Proxy, Load Balancers (F5/Citrix) and IPsec VPN.
• Knowledge of AWS Networking, IPS/IDS, network monitoring tools and multicast environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead network and security operations, ensuring high availability, zero SLA breaches and timely incident resolution.
• Design, implement and maintain resilient network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls and cloud connectivity.
• Manage technology budgets, WAN links, renewals, AMCs, vendor coordination and BOM finalization.
• Lead and mentor teams, manage network security policies, troubleshoot complex issues and drive operational improvements.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in Broking, Stock Broking or Capital Markets is strongly preferred.
• CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, Check Point, Zscaler or F5 certifications are advantageous.
