Role: Network and Server Support Analyst
As part of the FDDG (Fax and Documentation Distribution Group) team, you’ll provide world-class technical support for enterprise customers using OpenText’s FDDG products in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to FDDG products and integrations.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and document software defects or enhancement requests.
Qualifications:
3+ years of IT experience.
Strong knowledge of FAX Server, Email Server, Outlook, Exchange Server, and networking.
Familiarity with Active Directory, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, FOIP/VOIP, and telephony systems.
Additional Info:
Night shift, rotating schedule, Philippine holidays, and on-call support required.
Intermediate-level role.
