Network Architect | Enterprise Revamp Project(Huawei Technology) | Up to 50k

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per month

TechForce is a leading technology consulting firm across Asia Pacific, deploying specialist consultants into enterprise-scale transformation programs across Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, and other data-driven industries.

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead a large-scale enterprise network modernization initiative involving the consolidation and migration of legacy Cisco and Juniper environments onto a single-solution, Huawei.

This role requires a highly consultative architect who can confidently engage stakeholders, conduct current-state discovery, define the target-state architecture, and provide technical leadership throughout the network transformation journey. You will play a key role in shaping migration strategies, mitigating risks, and guiding customers through complex legacy infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network discovery and assessment activities to understand existing infrastructure and business requirements.

• Design and recommend target-state network architectures, with a focus on Huawei solutions and modernization initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, providing technical leadership and architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Define migration strategies and implementation approaches for transitioning legacy Cisco and Juniper environments to Huawei platforms.

• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and customer technical teams to deliver successful network transformation outcomes.

• Produce architecture documentation including network designs, migration plans, and technical recommendations.

• Provide technical oversight during implementation, testing, cutover, and post-migration support.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in network architecture, design, or large-scale network transformation projects.

• Strong expertise with Huawei enterprise networking solutions.

• Experience designing and delivering network migration, infrastructure refresh, or modernization projects.

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including:

  • Routing & Switching

  • TCP/IP

  • OSPF / BGP

  • LAN / WAN

  • VLAN and network segmentation

  • VPN and remote connectivity

• Ability to assess complex legacy environments and develop practical migration strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting technical recommendations to customers.

• Experience producing architecture documentation and technical designs.

Preferred

• Experience across Cisco and/or Juniper networking technologies.

• Previous experience migrating from Cisco and/or Juniper environments to Huawei solutions.
