Network - BLR/PUNE- L2

Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, STP. Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management.
