Network Design & Planning Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production Planning Support : Collect and prepare relevant production planning data, including production demand, production capacity, and available resources across plants, to support production planning and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
2. Plant Allocation Analysis Support : Collect and perform preliminary analysis of production capacity, costs, resources, and operational constraints across plants to support the evaluation of appropriate production allocation and resource utilization.
3. Scenario Analysis Support : Prepare relevant data, assumptions, and supporting information for scenario analysis to assess different production planning options and their potential operational and business impacts.
4. Data Collection & Management : Collect, validate, organize and maintain data from internal functions, external sources, and information systems. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and readiness for further analysis.
5. Reporting & Data Visualization : Prepare reports, charts, dashboards, and data summaries related to production planning and performance using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or QlikView to support performance monitoring, analysis, and management decision-making.
6. Project & Coordination Support : Coordinate with relevant functions to collect, follow up, and validate required information, and provide data and analytical support for PMO & Strategy projects and other assigned activities.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or related areas.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, Power BI, QlikView, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Basic understanding of production planning, capacity planning, or supply chain concepts would be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
