Job Description:
AFS is seeking a Network Engineer in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver or support delivery of contracts and programs.
- Assign and manage work assignments of contract team.
- Manage service delivery quality and cost.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in: Network infrastructure and network hardware Network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools Network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS, Arista EOS)
- Possess a DoD 8570/8140 Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 2 years equivalent experience
Bonus Points if you have:
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) Experience in cloud networking; Azure preferred
- Experience applying STIG and/or best practice security concepts to network devices.
- Experience with using Ansible or other automated tools to deploy and manage network devices
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance
- Must have a valid US Passport
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$89,000—$170,200 USD
