Salary: £35,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements:- We require CCNA/CCNP certification.
- We require crypto experience and strong knowledge of crypto best practice.
- We require a background in information technology.
- We require knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, Cisco best practice, and CVDs.
- We require knowledge of the OSI model.
- We require a strong understanding of network communication protocols including HSRP/VRRP, HTTP/S, OSPF/BGP, SSL, and TCP/IP.
- We require experience with Windows Server/AD, Linux, RHEL, and VMWare/vSphere.
- We require exposure to SDA principles and deployments.
- We require knowledge of authentication services.
- We require knowledge of network cabling fundamentals.
- We require proficiency in monitoring technologies such as Nagios, PRTG, and SolarWinds.
- We require the ability to hold high level MOD security clearance.
- We provide dedicated support to ensure the effective delivery of the DEx Network service in a high-profile environment.
- We own the remediation of identified issues and risks based on submitted reports and other intelligence.
- We assist with support of our company initiatives as part of the DEx Networks team.
- We build relationships with partners and external suppliers to optimise the service provided and help agree service levels.
- We engage with the Security team to develop security reporting and risk analysis.
- We collaborate with the Service Manager and DEx Network Service team to ensure network service requirements meet the agreed criteria.
- We collaborate with the DEx Networks Crypto Network Specialist regarding crypto management and support.
