Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure supporting Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Configure and maintain network connectivity between Adobe cloud platforms and customer environments.
• Design secure and scalable network architectures for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Analytics, Campaign, and other Adobe solutions.
• Implement and manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, and load-balancing solutions.
• Collaborate with Adobe implementation teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Adobe products.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, latency, and application access issues impacting Adobe services.
• Configure firewalls, proxies, access controls, and security policies to protect enterprise environments.
• Support cloud networking architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Participate in environment readiness assessments, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operational procedures.
• Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for optimization, scalability, and security improvements.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability network designs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications and Adobe ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, security, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with network design, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional project teams.
