Summary:
This role focuses on configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network systems with a primary emphasis on Cisco technologies, including ISE, DNA Center, and SD-Access.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco ISE.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco DNA Center and SD-Access.
- Wi-Fi setup and management.
- Firewall configuration and management.
- Understanding and applying network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP).
- Conducting infrastructure assessments and implementing changes/upgrades.
- Client-facing work with network documentation requirements.
- Communication of professional English.
- On-site implementation and support at client sites, particularly Gdańsk-based or hybrid.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (configuration, troubleshooting).
- Expertise with Cisco DNA Center and SD-Access.
- Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with firewall configuration and management.
- Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to document network setups.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Availability for Gdańsk-based or hybrid work.
