Right now, we are looking for a Network Engineer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implement, configure, and administer network infrastructures.
  
• Ensure the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of network performance.
  
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity incidents and network-related issues.
  
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure service continuity.
  
• Participate in technology enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes made to the infrastructure.
  
• Ensure compliance with network security best practices.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Engineering roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and, when required, different work schedules.
  
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  
• Proactive, autonomous profile with a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  
• ITIL certification is considered an advantage.
  
• Certification: It is preferred that the candidate holds certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or any other relevant certification.
