Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, with a focus on LAN, WAN, and VLAN technologies. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure, which is critical to our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain network solutions that meet the needs of the organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives. - Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. - Maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices to enhance network efficiency. Required Skills: - Proficiency in LAN and WAN technologies, including VLANs and EtherChannel. - Strong understanding of Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) networking concepts. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus but not mandatory.
