Our client is looking for a skilled Network & OT Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys solving complex networking challenges, working with modern automation tools, and operating in critical industrial environments.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise and OT networks, contribute to modernisation and automation initiatives, and play a key role in delivering secure, resilient infrastructure.

You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with Cisco Catalyst switching technologies, including IOS-XE, VLANs, STP/RSTP, QoS, and port security.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN / Catalyst SD-WAN, including policy templates, VPN segmentation, and WAN edge configuration.

  • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Cisco SD-Access (SDA) environments.

  • Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center for device management, assurance, and network automation workflows.

  • A solid understanding of Operational Technology (OT) network architecture, including the Purdue Model and IT/OT DMZ principles.

  • Exposure to industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, IEC 61850, or OPC-UA.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tooling, particularly Terraform.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.

  • Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation and operational efficiency.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Layers 2–7.

  • Experience with Cisco ISE, including AAA, profiling, and TrustSec capabilities.

  • Knowledge of network automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.

  • Familiarity with Cisco NSO and RESTCONF/NETCONF APIs.

  • An understanding of industrial cybersecurity frameworks including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, or NIS2.

  • Experience working with SCADA/ICS platforms such as Ignition, Wonderware, Siemens TIA Portal, or Rockwell FactoryTalk.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring and observability platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both IT and OT teams.
