Network Engineer Dispatch/On-Demand Role Onsite.

Job Description We are hiring a hands-on Network Engineer II. This will be a dispatch/on-demand role. You will install and cable network equipment, configure routers and switches, manage DNS and IP addressing, and keep our servers and network running reliably. Responsibilities Rack and stack routers, switches, firewalls, and servers Install and label copper and fiber cabling, patch panels, and cable management Install and configure routers and switches (IP addressing, VLANs, OSPF/BGP) Configure and manage DNS and DHCP, and maintain IP address records Configure, deploy, and patch physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux) Monitor network and server health and respond to alerts and outages Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware faults, escalating when needed Work with vendors and carriers on RMAs, circuit issues, and support cases Keep network diagrams, rack elevations, and documentation up to date Take part in an on-call rotation Requirements 3 to 5 years of network engineering or data center experience Hands-on rack and stack and structured cabling experience Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols Experience configuring Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar routers and switches Practical DNS and IP management experience Experience configuring and managing Windows and/or Linux servers Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Compensation Hourly Rate: $30 USD per hour Half-Day Rate: $110 USD for 4 hours (half day) Full-Day Rate: $200 USD per day Application You can apply through Indeed or send your CV directly to this mail ****** Application Question(s): This is an Onsite job in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico.
