The Network Quality Engineer – Enterprise Network Quality Infrastructure Services role based in Bangalore focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Apple’s enterprise network across the EMEIA region. The position involves supporting and enhancing large-scale network environments, contributing to the design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions for remote offices, and collaborating with global teams on next-generation infrastructure initiatives. It also includes handling complex incident escalations, driving troubleshooting and resolution of network issues, and supporting performance optimization and infrastructure upgrades. The role requires maintaining documentation and standards, working across multi-vendor technologies, and leveraging automation, monitoring, and scripting where applicable to improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- A background or understanding of network support, operational experience in implementation, and running of global multi-site network environments.
- Knowledge of multi-vendor WAN, LAN, Internet, VPN remote access, and Firewall technology experience.
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto wired, wireless and firewall product portfolios
- Clear communication skills, both written and oral, deliverable to peer and management level experience.
- Virtualisation of networking infrastructure (Virtual routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud based solutions)
- Exceptional documentation skills, ability to develop Proof of Concept plans and results
- Acute attention to detail
