The Role
Mu client is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to provide operational support and administration across a large, multi-site network environment.
This will be a 12 month FTC role and ideally looking for an immediate start.
This role will require you to be onsite in Newcastle the majority of the week.
Cisco & Meraki experience is key.
Key Responsibilities
Mu client is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to provide operational support and administration across a large, multi-site network environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network hardware and software incidents.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages and carry out root cause analysis.
- Manage network configuration, software patching and preventative maintenance.
- Support infrastructure across data centres, offices and remote sites.
- Work with third-party vendors and partners to resolve incidents.
- Support network security, resilience and business continuity.
- Maintain network documentation and manage operational changes through change control.
- Provide escalation support for critical network incidents, including some out-of-hours support.
