Network Engineer II

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for customers’ network infrastructure
- Provide implementation support of network service requests
- Develop technical skills and product knowledge to deliver technical service
- Co-operate with internal parties and external vendor for technical service to customer
- Prepare regular status update and report on the assigned tasks
- Work on 7x24 shift duty
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on enterprise networking infrastructure, includes Routing, Switching, Firewall and WLAN (e.g. Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, Aruba, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Holder of Cisco CCNA is preferred, CCNP or other related professional certification is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Network Enginner I / Assistant Network Engineer
