Mandatory Skillset:

Project Details

A Network Operations Architect is responsible for managing, and improving an organization's network infrastructure to ensure it is secure, reliable, ensuring the global network is stable, easily maintainable, and highly resilient. You will provide high-level technical support, lead problem-solving efforts, and contribute to strategic network planning and implementation projects.

Operational Architecture: Define the technical standards, blueprints, and operational frameworks for global enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and cloud networking infrastructure.

Incident & Problem Management: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex, Tier-3/4 operational issues. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major outages and architect permanent architectural fixes to prevent recurrence.

Lifecycle & Capacity Planning: Direct capacity planning and traffic engineering strategies. Manage the operational lifecycle of network hardware and software, including vulnerability management, patch deployment strategies, and hardware refreshes.

Skillset Requirement:

Networking Protocols: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPNs, SDWAN , Vxlan

Hardware & Platforms: Hands-on familiarity with enterprise hardware and software from vendors like, Juniper (Junos), Arista (EOS), F5 and Cisco.

Cloud & Hybrid Networking: Experience designing multi-cloud and hybrid environments across AWS (VPCs, Direct Connect), Microsoft Azure (VNets, ExpressRoute), and Google Cloud.

Network Security: Mastery of firewalls, IPSec/SSL encryption, and Zero Trust architecture models.

Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Technology.
