Right now, we are looking for a Network Engineer Junior to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and resolve low to medium complexity network incidents;
  • Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support;
  • Execute standard operational procedures;
  • Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls;
  • Implement low-risk network changes;
  • Conduct infrastructure health checks;
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams;
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and asset inventories;
  • Support software upgrades and maintenance activities;
  • Manage basic VLAN, VPN, and network connectivity configurations;
  • Utilize monitoring and troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve issues;
  • Participate in post-change testing and validation activities;
  • Collaborate with vendors and technology partners under guidance;
  • Follow established operational processes and procedures.


You must have:
  • Experience in Network Operations and Support environments;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals;
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLANs, Routing and Switching;
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues;
  • Basic hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, HPE or equivalent network technologies;
  • Experience working with network monitoring and ticketing tools;
  • Understanding of ITIL-based Incident and Change Management processes;
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation;
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills;
  • CCNA certification (or equivalent knowledge).
