- Configuration, firmware, and software maintenance; coordinate upgrades.
- Preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
- Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor Level‑2 staff.
- Provide technical assessment to Change Advisory Board.
- Perform Level‑2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.
Requirements
Aruba (ACMA/ACSA) or Cisco (CCNA).
ITIL Foundation.
3+ years hands‑on experience in similar environments.
