Network Engineer - NetDevOps

Job summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join some of the industry's brightest minds in developing and deploying today's most advanced Internet technologies. In this role, you will use your deep analytical skills, understand functionality of Cisco products & solutions and develop tools required for Complex Networking projects for enterprise, government, defense, customers such as Enterprise multi-domain operations & security AI consoles,Network RCA agent platforms, Network diagnosis engines, Network Infrastructure Visualization Tools etc. The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge.

Must have Experiences:

1. Good understanding of Networking technologies such as Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Cisco ISE, Splunk, SNA, Cisco Catalyst switches
2. Full-stack/ Data Infra Programming experience: Including but not limited to Python, Angular, PostgreSQL, Milvus, Kafka, FastAPI, Flask, React, TypeScript
3. AI Infra / Model Serving for real time inferencing : Deploy & operate LLM services on Linux, Docker, Nginx and OpenAI-compatible APIs;
4. Experience with OpenAI-compatible models (Mistral, Llama, etc.)
5. Context Engineering experience (vs Prompt Engineering) : eg. Token budgeting, context trimming, rolling summary, fact state, hypotheses ledger, device coverage, evidence handoff and contradiction detection.
6. Understanding of LLM-Wiki layer vs RAG and their implementations
7. Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and its implementations
8. Ability to understand new application frameworks in customer environments quickly
9. Customer facing experience to communicate with them and other stakeholders to gather requirements and propose relevant technical solutions
10. At least, 6 years’ experience on Networking and NetDevOps

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field from a recognised University.
• ⁠Customer-focused mindset
• Proven written communication and documentation skills
• Quick learner - Builds skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of Cisco solutions
• NetDevOps Certifications
• Knowledge of Cloud computing (i. e. Openstack, Kubernetes, AWS) is desirable
