Network Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network and security solutions.

• Lead project deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation.

• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions.

• Ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct customer training and knowledge transfer.

• Support Presales/Sales in POC, demos, and technical discussions.

• Perform other technical duties as assigned; and

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Minimum requirements for this position:
Education

• Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent

Minimum Experience

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a SI or distributor environment with network and security skillset

Others

• Experience in network or security products.

• Experience in project implementation and troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Load balancer or security solutions.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Self-learning and problem-solving skills.

• Good teamwork and customer communication skills.

• Able to work outside office hours when required.
