About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join a large-scale network environment, working closely with an outsourced network provider to deliver day-to-day operations, configuration, and low-level design across a complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Perform network configuration and change implementation across switches, routers, and firewalls
- Configure and maintain firewall rules and routing across the network
- Contribute to low-level design (LLD) documentation for network changes and new deployments
- Support and maintain a large-scale enterprise network, ensuring stability, performance, and security
- Connect and integrate multiple technologies (digital signage, AV/collaboration, displays, CCTV, meeting room screens) onto the corporate network
- Work with Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) as part of the underlying network fabric
- Collaborate closely with an outsourced network services provider to coordinate changes, incidents, and ongoing improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, escalating to the outsource partner where required
- Participate in network changes following change management processes
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
